GC Capstone - Steps to Complete Capstone Project

Congratulations Global Communities students, you are at the final step of completing the program! The final requirement for the GC program is the GC Capstone project. Once you complete this satisfactorily we will award you a Notation of accomplishment on your University transcript. Congratulations in advance!

The GC Capstone, ePortfolio, and GC notation form are due by April of each year. 

1. How to complete the GC Capstone: 

  • Login to ELMS-Canvas
  • Go to the course "GC ELMS"
  • Select "Assignments"
  • Go to "Capstone Submission"
  • Select your entering class page for submission instructions

2. After you complete the Capstone and ePortfolio, please complete the GC Notation form -  https://go.umd.edu/GCGlobalExperience
